Okay, CRM 2013 is showing itself around the corner and a couple of new functionalities are being unveiled to the partners which are pretty cool!

I, for myself, am looking forward to:

• More fluent UI
• Real-time workflow (same as plugins but can be created by business users!)
• Embedded business rules: no more JS for simple things such as error messages and validations
• Auto-save: FINALLY!
• Access teams: now, how come this feature wasn’t enabled before?
