Microsoft has announced a strategic alliance with InsideView whereby InsideView for Sales will be integrated into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, bringing social insight capabilities into Microsoft Dynamics CRM through the integration of real-time company and contact information from 30,000 sources.

Microsoft has also announced that the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is now available online in 42 global markets and will be available for on-premise and partner-hosted deployments as of October 31, 2013. As part of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM release, new industry-focused business process templates are available that will deliver customers step-by-step process guidelines. Yammer has meanwhile been embedded within Microsoft Dynamics CRM for no extra charge, with integration to Skype and Lync as required.
