This demonstration showcases the base capabilities included in the proof of concept of the Convergys Smart Communications Suite powered by Microsoft.

The demonstration includes a scenario where an individual has been captured as a lead for the local mobile service provider. The Customer Service Rep (CSR) follows up on the lead by contacting the customer to see if they have decided to order services.
