эт не первый случай, что нельзя писаному верить..
я очень долго и упорно искал в меню CRM пункт
Sales Force Automation)).. и не смог найти..текст, наверное, остался от версии 2.5

в описании Extended Data Type - тоже много чего не соответствуют реальности в списке Properties..
надо будет вести список и потом выдать "на гора"))..
