We’re pleased to announce that the System Center Monitoring Pack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is available for download on Microsoft Download Center. This management pack is compatible with System Center Operations Manager 2007 SP1 and System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 (recommended). The pack includes an object model that matches the Dynamics CRM server roles, new monitors, new rules, and tuned alerting to ensure that the pack is quiet when first deployed in the data center. We have also added monitoring for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 E-mail Router. Please note, we recommend running the Windows Server, SQL Server and IIS management packs in parallel to the Dynamics CRM monitoring pack in your System Center Operations Manager environment.
